   Daily tariffs do not include Tax.
   Seven night minimum stay required.
   All Holiday weeks require 10 bedrooms to be rented: Thanksgiving, Easter, Xmas and New Year.
   Tariffs include: Exclusive private use of Villa Merissa during residency and the services of our in-house staff, including our chef,      sous-chef, bartender/waiter, English speaking hostess, housemaid and houseman.
   Tariffs do not include: Air transportation, ground transportation to and from the villa, food and beverage costs, tax and staff      gratuities.
   
  Information and Prices may be subject to change.
  Deposit policy: A 50% deposit of lodging cost is due 10 days after booking. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
